Join Reiki master and breathwork healer, Laura Pensiero, for a dynamic evening of breathing to release fears around success, allowing you to thrive in all areas of your life. As we enter the warmer months and nature flourishes, this is the perfect time to let go of what no longer serves you, making space for what does. 

Breathwork is an active meditation using a two-stage pranayama breathing which facilitates the release of energetic and emotional blocks in the body. Through the breath, you will release physical, emotional and mental tension moving the body out of the fight-flight-or-freeze response and into a restorative rest-and-digest state. 

Laura uses a combination of guided visualization, the breath and Reiki to coax the body into a deeply relaxed state allowing it to heal. Pain, trauma, and energetic blocks are pulled up and shed physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Endorphins are released producing a beautiful natural high, quieting down the mind and allowing the body to be more present.

During this workshop you will shed the build-up of energy that is not yours, connecting you to your true essence. You will leave behind whatever is holding you back, enabling you to expand to your full potential.

Using the breath, you will release anxiety, negative thought patterns, and tension around the heart chakra; allowing in love, compassion, gratitude, and trust. Endorphins are released producing a beautiful natural high, quieting down the mind and allowing the body to be more present.

During this mini-retreat, you will take a deep dive inward through two guided breathwork sessions. You will connect profoundly with your intuition and let go of the layers that no longer serve you. You will access your emotions and connect to your inner well of love and creativity. You will leave behind what is holding you back, align with your true frequency and enable your best-self to shine through.
